Our first actual presentation with the Wrangler Boundless was on a hot, dry and dusty day in the Pocono Mountains, which meant we didn’t get an fitting occasion to get the truck begrimed. We did manage to bring into being it flex and got more than a few shots of it with the hanging at full droop. I figured that vault time in Ontario would be the completed time to see how it handles the goo. Tiny did I know that only 20 minutes gone from home, hibernate still has a grasp on the old yielding roads.

Meridional Ontario is criss crossed by old yielding roads that farmers used to get around as far back as the slow 1800’s. Many of these roads are still in the common domain as unmaintained roads that are absolutely only accessible to landed estate equipment and suitably equipped 4×4’s. The Rubicon is more than well equipped, but as we were a one only truck, it could be not difficult to get stuck and have nobody around to twitch the beast out. As we headed boreal on the road that leads to the back end of Mosport, it fast became apparent that the pathway was in no condition to be used by a deserted vehicle. Of great depth (like axle of great depth) goo on one side, and deep impressible snow on the other led to a abundantly snow covered highway. We performed a 10 sharp end turn and gently pointed our way back out. The Rubi never missed a belabor.
